The Social Equity Lab (SEL), is a boutique consulting firm comprised of individuals with well over 30 years of combined experience in organizational development, critical race theory, and cultural humility work across the country.  

 

SEL consultants are leaders of color with applied experience working with nonprofit organizations, clinics, government agencies, start-ups and corporate agencies.
